How do I get started becoming a better Bible teacher?

Q. Hi there! I am DESPERATE to be taught by sound teachers how to study God’s Word to the point that I would teach it to a small group as well. I’ve listened to many podcasts from “How to Teach the Bible” on workshops that are held for women on how to study God’s Word rightly. But, it seems that none of them are near me.
