FAQ

Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Tickets are not refundable for any reason. Ticket holders who decide that they cannot attend in person can trade in their ticket for access to the recorded workshop or transfer their ticket to another person. To transfer your ticket to the recorded workshop, simply click on this link: bit.ly/BTWWtransfer.

How do I change the name on my ticket?
If you purchased multiple tickets for the workshop under one name, rather than providing the names of each of the individuals who will use the tickets, please use the link in your confirmation email (“click here to edit your answers”) to go back to your registration and provide the name and email address of each individual ticketholder. If we do not have individual names, we will be unable to prepare nametags and check them in at the workshop. You can change the info on your tickets up to the day before the workshop.

Is there anything I need to prepare prior to the workshop?
No. Just bring a pen and your Bible. We’ll supply you with a workbook and a clipboard to write on when you arrive. We strongly suggest that you bring a printed Bible. However, we recommend that you download the ESV Bible app or Biblegateway app on your phone or tablet before you come to use during one of the sessions when you may want to search quickly for a particular word. We’ll have a fabulous bookstore set up onsite at the workshop that will have lots of great resources for learning more about biblical theology, but if you want to get a head start, go to 10ofThose.com/BTworkshop.

What hotels are nearby?
Your confirmation email includes a list of hotels that the host recommends.
