Bible at the Beach 2027
Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores, Alabama
Bible at the Beach 2027 will consist of two separate events. Participants can register for either or both. Registration is $80 for each event and opens October 31, 2026. All lodging is separate and on your own.
Help Me Teach the Bible : a day-and-a-half workshop led by Nancy Guthrie and Leigh Swanson for those who teach the Bible or aspire to. Leigh has over 30 years of ministry experience serving churches as a Bible teacher, women’s ministry leader, and retreat speaker. Following many years as Executive Vice President at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, which included launching the Teaching Women to Teach initiative, Leigh currently oversees fundraising strategy and execution at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. Where will this be? The Learning Campus at Gulf State Park. The campus includes the beautiful Conservation Hall, a really great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as several housing options. It’s a great place for taking a bike ride around the park, going kayaking, having good meals with friends, and enjoying some walks on the beach.
How much does it cost? $80 for conference registration for each event. Housing on your own.
Where will we stay? The Lodge at Gulf State Park is a beautiful Hilton Hotel property that is right on the beach within the state park and is a 2-mile walk, bike-ride, or tram ride from the Learning Campus where sessions will be held. Discounted rooms may be booked using registration link to be provided at a later date. The discounted rate may be available on some nights and not others. Another great option is the Cottages or the Cabins, or at other hotels or vacation rentals.
Where will we stay? You are free to find a short-term vacation rental in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, camp at the Gulf State Park campground, reserve one of their cabins, or stay at The Lodge at Gulf State Park. A limited number of rooms are currently available to be reserved at The Lodge at a discounted rate for Bible at the Beach attendees. The Lodge at Gulf State Park is a beautiful Hilton Hotel property that is right on the beach within the state park and is a 2-mile walk, bike-ride, or tram ride from the Learning Campus where sessions will be held. If you intend to register for one or both of the events, you can reserve a room now and cancel your reservation up to five days before your arrival date for no charge if your plans change. All of the currently available room types and rates will be displayed. If no rooms are displayed on this page, the block of discounted rooms have already been reserved. There may be more rooms available for your dates at the Hilton website.
